For ‘One Last Ride,’ Dave Grohl Will Join Joe Walsh And James Gang

Eagles legend Joe Walsh announced on his official Instagram account that James Gang will reunite for ‘One Last Ride’ with special guest Dave Grohl. In 1968, Joe first performed with James Gang alongside Tom Kriss on bass and Jim Fox on drums. Their most popular songs, ‘Funk #49’ and ‘Walk Away,’ have endured and are still played on radio stations. Walsh left to pursue a solo career and later joined the Eagles, despite the group’s considerable success.

James Gang decided to reunite after decades of pursuing separate musical careers. The group reunited for the song ‘One Last Ride.’ The sixth annual VetsAid benefit concert will feature Dave Grohl and the recently reformed James Gang. In addition, Nine Inch Nails, The Black Keys, and The Breeders will perform. The musician expressed enthusiasm about returning to Columbus for VetsAid 2022. He added that all proceeds from the concert will be donated to veteran-serving organizations. Walsh also mentioned that “One Last Ride” will reunite James Gang at the Nationwide Arena on November 13. In addition, he mentioned that Dave Grohl will be a special guest.
