Democrats are facing a wave of criticism after Fort Bend County Judge KP George was indicted on serious money laundering charges. The news has caused quite a stir, especially within his own party, which is now calling for his resignation.
Judge George turned himself in on April 4, 2025, and was later released on a $10,000 bond. He’s facing two third-degree felony charges, accused of using questionable financial practices to support his campaign. Despite the charges, George insists he’s innocent.
