Dan Bongino isn’t holding back. In a recent episode of his show, aired just before being confirmed as the FBI’s new Deputy Director, Bongino took direct aim at Senator Adam Schiff. Known for his outspoken criticism of the so-called “Russiagate” scandal, Bongino made it clear: he hasn’t forgotten Schiff’s role in pushing what he calls a damaging and false narrative.
Bongino, a former Secret Service agent and Fox News host, didn’t mince words. In a fiery message, he warned that Schiff would soon face consequences for spreading claims of collusion between Donald Trump and Russia—claims that, according to Bongino, were politically motivated and harmful to national trust.
“I’m in a great mood today,” Bongino began, before zeroing in on Schiff. “He has a perfect record—of being wrong. People should revisit the whole Russia collusion hoax. It was one of the biggest political scams in history.”
Bongino went on to describe how, in his view, government agencies, foreign powers, and intelligence insiders worked together to push a misleading narrative that threatened America’s global standing. And he isn’t ready to move on.
“People want to forget about it,” he said. “But I won’t. We cannot allow this kind of political manipulation to happen again—whether it’s against a Democrat, a Republican, or anyone else.”
He then made his point crystal clear: “You can’t hijack the justice system, sell a lie as truth, and walk away like nothing happened. And the face of that scandal? Adam Schiff. I’m not going to let this slide.”
After Bongino shared the clip on X (formerly Twitter), social media lit up with reactions. Supporters cheered his bold stance, with one user writing, “Bongino doesn’t forget. Now that he’s FBI Deputy Director, Schiff and Clinton better watch out.”
Another commenter added, “This is exactly what we need—someone who knows the system and isn’t afraid to clean it up. It’s a huge step toward restoring trust in the FBI.”
While opinions are clearly divided, one thing’s for sure: Bongino has thrown down the gauntlet, and many online are eager to see what comes next.
